Delivery
Copies of the Marine Quarterly will be delivered by post within fifteen days of the specified publication dates of 1 March, 1 June, 1 September and 1 December.

Return/refund
In the event of copies of the Marine Quarterly being lost or arriving bent, broken or otherwise in imperfect condition, please contact us for a replacement within fifteen days of due date or receipt.

Cancellation
Subscriptions to the Marine Quarterly can be cancelled for a full refund within seven days of being taken out or renewed.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with new European legislation, we have to tell you what we do with the information we hold about you.

 This information amounts only to your name, address, telephone number, email address where applicable and subscription expiry date. It is stored in a password-protected database unconnected to the internet.

 We use these details to send out your Marine Quarterly, to keep track of your subscription and to remind you when it is about to expire or has recently expired.

 We never sell any of this information to or share any of it with third parties who will use it for marketing. Spam is the curse of the age, and your information belongs to you, not us.

 You have a right of access to any information we hold about you.

 We do not store credit or debit card details or bank details. Financial transactions entered into via the MQ's website are handled entirely by Sellerdeck, Creditcall and Barclaycard, who use strong encryption and are password protected and PCI DSS compliant.
